Callebaut 80% Dark chocolate chips (callets) ingredients, Belgian Dark chocolate Couverture (Min cocoa 80%), Sugar, Fat reduced cocoa powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla.

Directions

Melt Cocoa: Melt cocoa in a small container, melt it at low heat or microwave in a low setting. Mix: When melting the cocoa, continuously stirring until it melts completely and produces a smooth consistency. Suitable temperature: When melting the cocoa, avoid very high temperatures, otherwise the cocoa will burn and it can taste bitter. Usage: Ready to use on melted chocolate, cake, cookies or other desserts.
