The hinge is quick and simple to fit and once fitted the door slab is detachable from the frame, thus simplifying installation. The 3D Hinge is easily adjusted in all planes, either in the factory or onsite, ensuring perfect door alignment for years of trouble-free operation.

SPECIFICATION
Zinc die cast components. Stainless steel parts – 430. Plastic parts are Nylon 66, UV stabilised ABS. Corrosion tested to BS EN 1670. Painted finishes Grade 5, plated finishes Grade 4. Operational durability-tested to 100,000 cycles. Can achieve PAS 23/24 as part of a specific door assembly. 3 hinges can carry up to 100kg. Maximum recommended door size – 1m wide x 2.2m high. Lateral +/- 3mm. Vertical +/- 4mm. Compression +/- 1.75.
