Description
Testing this book was a pleasure, of course, as it meant following two of their delicious recipes and bringing something of the restaurant to our home, at a time when we can’t go out.

Create a feast for your eyes as well as your stomach, with Dishoom’s love letter from Bombay and beautiful tableware to bring it to life.
At After Noah, choosing and curating the things we sell is something we take very seriously and that means road-testing many of our beautiful products. It’s also one of the most fun elements of working here and that we all like to get involved in.
Dishoom’s dishes and ethos are inspired by stories of humble family beginnings in Bombay. This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants in London and so I’m glad that it’s also currently one of our most popular cook books.
Easy to follow: this time we made the Cheese & Masala Sticks and the Mattar Paneer, and we are pleased to say that the veggies and meat-eaters amongst us were equally impressed.
Presentation always enhances the flavour for us. We served the masala sticks on an elegant, green marble platter; the paneer in these simple stoneware bowls, with spices and seasoning in pretty marble salt jars, that come with tiny brass spoons. Whatever you choose, if you love Indian cuisine, there’s something for everyone. Enjoy.
