This mix of 10 x Purple Viola Flower Heads – 10 x Pink Daisies (Bidens) Heads- 100ml Red Vein Sorrell Leaves- 100ml Alyssum Flower Heads is often used to decorate cakes, culinary creations and cocktails . This is a natural product, the colours and shapes may vary slightly from the images shown. Our Edible Freeze Dried Natural products are ideal for decorating cakes and any culinary creation you make, and they look glorious as a cocktail flower garnish. Freeze drying is a chemical free way of preserving by using temperature and vacuum. It is a process that takes many days. We clean each flower by hand and then place them on racks to go in the drier. The flowers retain their original structure and will last for a minimum of 3 months, most will last longer. We love the colour, the smell, the texture, and the versatility of them, but most of all we love the fact that they are friendly to the environment. There is a small chance that you might find the odd tiny little harmless bug hiding between the petals that has escaped our cleaning procedures. These infrequent stowaways would be freeze dried too.
