Directions
Use an espresso machine to prepare espresso. Use 18-20 grams of ground coffee for a single dose and gently press the beans into the portafilter. Make sure the water is at 90-96°C and spread evenly over the coffee. The duration of extraction should be about 25-30 seconds and produce a creamy espresso with a full body.
