You know it by its colour: red, like the Italian passion for coffee. Qualit� Rossa is the pleasure of fine coffee to be enjoyed at any moment of the day, with or without milk. This coffee selection is characterised by aromatic notes of chocolate and dried fruit, for a rich and full-bodied taste. Lavazza’s Qualit� Rossa ground coffee is made from a blend of Arabica beans from South America and Robusta beans from Africa and South-East Asia. The medium roasting and the 5/10 intensity gives Qualit� Rossa a rich and full-bodied taste, for a coffee with a dark colour and a velvety texture.

Directions
Use 17g of coffee for 250ml of water, heat water to about 200°F (93°C), and brew for about 4 minutes in a French press.
