Directions
Rinse rice thoroughly. Combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
